On this project, MJS delivered the full construction and development of two high-quality semi-detached properties, managing the scheme from initial concept through to final completion. The project involved overseeing every stage of the build process, beginning with the early design and planning phases, where close coordination ensured the development met both client expectations and all relevant regulatory requirements.

MJS managed all aspects of the construction programme, including site preparation, groundworks, structural works, roofing, external finishes, and the installation of key services throughout both properties. Careful project management and coordination of subcontractors ensured the build progressed efficiently, safely, and to a consistently high standard at every stage.

In addition to the core construction works, MJS also supervised the complete internal fit-out, decoration, and finishing elements of the project. This included managing joinery, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, painting, and final detailing to deliver two modern, well-finished homes ready for occupation. Through close attention to quality, programme management, and finishing standards, MJS successfully delivered a fully completed residential development from inception to handover.
